Warsaw Of April 5, 2024, Included In Annex No. 5 To Swz. The Cloakroom Is Located On The Underground Floor Of The Primary School Building No. 114 At Ul. Remiszewska No. 40 In Warsaw. The Area Of ​​The Building Covered By Renovation Works Is 195.47 M2.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Determined By: 1) The Construction And Executive Design Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz; 2) The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz; 3) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Justification: The Order Is Part Of The Order For The Renovation Of An Educational Facility. Individual Parts Of The Contract Will Be The Subject Of Separate Proceedings And Will Be Awarded In Separate Proceedings. The Above Condition Will Be Met By Employing New Employees Or Appointing Employees Already Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Carry Out The Order, Performing The Following Activities: Demolition, Assembly, Finishing Works, Including Filling, Plastering, Painting, And Surface Preparation.
