Szymański Park In Warsaw.3) The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Execution, On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Contract Template, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, Design Documentation Regarding, Among Others, The Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower With Connections In The E. Szymański Park In Warsaw, Together With The Required Arrangements, B) Execution Of Construction Works/Works, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, In In Particular Regarding: - Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower With Connections And Built-In Seats And A Pergola With Lighting, - Construction Of A Permeable Surface Around The Graduation Tower With Concrete Edges, - Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements, - Delivery And Planting Of Greenery, C) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, D) Carrying Out Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works/Works Performed In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation.4) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Scope Work And The Method And Conditions Of Implementation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Determined By: A) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, B) The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Which Is Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template. 5) Information About The Division/Non-Division Of The Contract Into Parts.
