The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Technical Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Titled: Construction Of A Sidewalk On The District Road No. 1674R Lubaczów-Laszki-Duńkowice In The Town Of Laszki) (Design And Build Formula) Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) As Part Of One Procurement Procedure. Development Of Design Documentation, Execution Of Construction Works And Commissioning Of The Construction Of The Sidewalk, As Part Of Of This Order, Must Be Implemented In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law. The Execution And Commissioning Must Also Be In Accordance With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Polish Standards, Guidelines And Principles Of The Latest Technical Solutions.
