The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Repair Of External Stairs To Building C (Teaching Hall No. 2) And To Building G (Dormitory No. 3) Of The Police School In Katowice. 2. Designation Of The Subject Of The Contract According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary:- 45262510–9 Stonemasonry Works.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Attached Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior), Which Constitutes Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4. Details Of The Order Execution Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty For The Completed Construction Works Be At Least 36 Months, Counting From The Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract - Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.6. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Technology (System) Of Equivalent Materials. Demonstrating The Equivalence Of Technologies And Material Systems (In Accordance With Article 101(5) Of The Public Procurement Law) Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. If A Technology (System) Of Equivalent Materials Is Offered, The Contractor Must, Together With The Offer Form, Present The Offered Technology (System), Materials, Specifying The Type Of Materials Technology (System) Used, And Attach Materials Documenting Technical Parameters And Comparative Analysis, Which Will Clearly Show That They Are Fully Equivalent To The Technology (System) Of Materials Indicated In The Documentation. The Proposed Systems And Equivalent Materials Should Have The Legally Required Certificates, Approvals For Use In Construction, And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Documentation.7. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor (Or Subcontractor) To Ensure That All Persons Performing The Subject Of The Order, Who Will Perform Activities Related To The Repair Of External Stairs To Building C (Teaching Hall No. 2) And To Building G (Dormitory No. 3), Are Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended), Provided That The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To Persons Performing Supervision And Supervision Of Construction Works. The Persons Mentioned In The First Sentence Cannot Perform Any Activities On The Construction Site Without Employment Under An Employment Contract With The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor.8.
