The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is As Follows: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1A To The Swz; 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sst) - Annex No. 1B To The Swz; 3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 1C To The Swz; (Note: Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, The Ordering Party Provides The Bill Of Quantities As An Illustrative And Informational Material. The Basis For Determining The Price Of The Offer Is Ultimately The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Sst And The Design Contract);4) Draft Contract – Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. Guarantee And Warranty For Defects: Guarantee And Warranty: 1) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For The Completed Construction Works For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. (The Final Date Of The Warranty And Warranty For Defects Will Result From The Contractors Offer).2) The Warranty And Warranty Covers All Elements Made By The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation.
