Armii Krajowej 181 In Bielsko-Biała, Along With Putting The Device Into Operation And Carrying Out The Registration Procedure At The Office Of Technical Inspection, Ending With Obtaining A Decision Of The Office Of Technical Inspection Authorizing The Lift For Use. A Passenger Lift Should Ensure Full Accessibility For People With Disabilities And Comply With Current Safety Standards And Regulations. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Performance Of Construction And Electrical Works, Including: For: 1) All Necessary Preparatory And Security Works, 2) All Necessary Demolition And Dismantling Works, In Particular Dismantling Of The Old Passenger Lift, 3) Measuring The Shaft And Developing Design And Assembly Documentation, 4) Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Programming And Testing Of An Electric Lifting Device (Elevator) Together With Obtaining A Decision Of The Office Of Technical Inspection Authorizing The Operation Of The Elevator, 5) Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations, 6) Minor Construction Works Related To Replacement Of The Device And Preparation Of The Elevator Shaft, 7) Repair Work In The Event Of Damage Or Destruction In The Building Or Its Surroundings, Resulting In Connection With Or During The Performance Of The Agreement, 8) Tidying Up The Delivery Site No Later Than On The Day Of Final Acceptance (Removal And Storage Of Waste, Including Oil, Rubble, Scrap, Garbage, Etc.). 9) Making, Delivering And Installing An Information And Commemorative Board In Accordance With Pefron Guidelines. The Order Is Co-Financed By The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons (Pfron). The Ordering Party Informs That The Submission Of The Offer Must Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit To The Place Of Work.
