The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Execution Of Construction Works In The General Contracting Formula, Consisting Of, Among Others: Reconstruction (Renovation And Modernization) Of The Auditorium Maximum Lecture Hall Together With Technical And Economic Facilities And Equipment, As Well As Adaptation To Fire Protection Regulations. Segments E1 And E2 Of The Faculty Of Pharmacy Building At Ul. Hallera 107 In Gdańsk, Including The Construction Of An Elevator Shaft And Delivery/Assembly Of The Device, As Well As Renovation Works Of The Basement Rooms Of The E2 Segment For The Needs Of Laboratories In The Design And Build Mode, Along With Obtaining A Final Occupancy Permit Decision. The Order Will Be Co-Financed As Part Of The Project Entitled Mug Without Barriers, Which Is Implemented Under The European Funds For Social Development 2021-2027 Program, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Contract Number Fers.03.01-Ip.08-0103/24-00).2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Task 1A: Construction Of An Elevator Shaft Along With The Delivery And Assembly Of The Device With The Necessary Infrastructure And Installations, The Related Reconstruction Of Adjacent Rooms, Removal Of Conflicts Between Internal And External Installations And Development Of The Adjacent Area, And Removal Of The Causes And Effects Of Moisture In The Basement In Segment E1 Of The Faculty Of Pharmacy, Along With Completing The Design Study - Task Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Mug Without Barriers, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Social Development 2021-2027 Program 2) Task 1B: Reconstruction, Renovation And Modernization Of The Auditorium Maximum Lecture Hall, Selected Teaching Rooms, Technical And Economic Facilities With Equipment And Adaptation To The Applicable Requirements In The Field Of Fire Protection In Segment E1 Of The Faculty Of Pharmacy, Along With Supplementing The Study Design. 3) Task 2: Adaptation To The Applicable Requirements In The Field Of Fire Protection Of The E2 And E1 Segment Of The Faculty Of Pharmacy Along With Completing The Design Study. 4) Task 3: Renovation Of The Basement Rooms Of The Department And Department Of Organic Chemistry In Segment E2 Of The Faculty Of Pharmacy, Including The Removal Of The Causes And Effects Of Moisture On The Floors And Walls Of The Basement Level, Reconstruction Of The Gas Installation, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Arrangements And Decisions, Delivery And Assembly Of Laboratory Furniture, Installation Of Technical Gases In Segments E1 And E2 Of The Building Of The Main Faculty Of Pharmacy, And Carrying Out Authors Supervision - In The Design Mode And Build.
