A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And, Alternately, In The Bill Of Quantities Or The Offer Cost Estimate (Hereinafter Referred To As The Bill Of Quantities), Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification - Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Were Also Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
