Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works As Well As The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Commissioning Of Equipment As Part Of The Task Titled: Improving The Availability Of Medical Services For Residents Of The Ostrzeszów District, Taking Into Account Senior Care And Disabled People - Stage Iii. The Order Concerns The Implementation Of Stage Iii Of The Investment Consisting In The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building Of Ostrzeszowski Centrum Zdrowia Sp. Z O. O., Located At Al. Wolności 4, 63-500 Ostrzeszów. The Detailed Scope, Quantities, Method Of Execution And Quality Standard Of Works, Deliveries And Assembly Are Specified In The Order Documents, In Particular Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities, Cost Estimate, Technical Information Sheets And Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Bill Of Quantities And The Cost Estimate Should Be Treated As Auxiliary Documents Describing The Material Scope Of The Order, While The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Entire Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Laws, Standards, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. And With Due Care. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Deliver, Install, Put Into Operation And Put Into Use The Equipment Covered By The Order Documents. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Complete, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified, Among Others, In Technical Information Sheets And Ready For Operation As Intended, Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Incur Additional Investment Outlays. In Terms Of Furniture Development, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Take Measurements From Nature, Prepare Detailed Implementation Solutions And Agree On The Colors, Arrangement And Execution Details With The Ordering Party Before Starting The Implementation. The Buildings And Equipment Should Be Adapted To The Functions Of Medical Rooms And Meet The Technical, Hygienic, Quality And Operational Requirements Specified In The Order Documents. Medical Equipment Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Technical Information Sheets, In Particular In Terms Of Ce Marking, Declaration Of Conformity, Marketing Authorization Documents, Operating Instructions In Polish, Service, Warranty And Completeness Enabling Use In Accordance With The Intended Purpose. The Works Will Be Implemented As Part Of Stage Iii Of The Investment And May Be Organizationally And Technologically Related To The Works. Performed As Part Of Stage I And Ii. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures Their Proper Coordination With The Remaining Stages Of The Investment And Taking Into Account The Schedule Of The Entire Investment.
