Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Organization And Implementation Of An Educational And Therapeutic Trip With Integration Elements, As Part Of The Family In The Center Stage I Project.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing And Conducting One 5-Day Educational And Therapeutic Trip With Integration Elements, Including Hotel And Catering Services And The Preparation Of Teaching Materials. The Departure Date Will Be Set By The Contractor In Consultation With The Ordering Party No Later Than 3 Days After Signing The Contract. The Trip Will Take Place During The Holidays. A Group Of 30 People, Including An Estimated 18 Children And Teenagers. Estimated Age Range Of Children: 1-16 Years. Duration Of The Educational Trip (Including Travel And Return) - 5 Days / 4 Nights. The Contractor Undertakes To: 1. Provide Full Board For Participants, Including: - Breakfast (Buffet Form): At Least 3 Types Of Cold Meats, Yellow Cheese, Fresh Vegetables (E.G. Cucumber, Tomato), At Least One Hot Dish (E.G. Scrambled Eggs, Pancakes, Sausages, Hard-Boiled Eggs), A Selection Of Bread (Rolls, Bread) And Unlimited Access To Coffee, Tea And Fruit Juices; - Lunch Consisting Of Two Courses: Soup, Main Course: (Meat, Potatoes, Salad), And Unlimited Access To Fruit Juice And Mineral Water; - Afternoon Snack (E.G. Fruit, Waffle, Bun, Donut, Yogurt); - Dinner (Buffet Form): Minimum 3 Types Of Cold Meats, Yellow Cheese, Fresh Vegetables (E.G. Cucumber, Tomato), At Least One Hot Dish (E.G. Sausages, Pancakes, Hard-Boiled Eggs) And Unlimited Access To Tea. 2. Ensuring Constant Access To Drinks (Mineral Water) For All Participants Throughout The Stay. 3. Adapting The Diet To The Individual Needs Of Participants (E.G. Vegetarian, Gluten-Free Diet), If The Ordering Party Reports Such A Need Beforehand Trip.4.Providing Free Medical And Nursing Care, Including - If Necessary - Transport To The Nearest Health Care Facility.5.Insuring All Participants Against The Consequences Of Accidents (Nw) For The Entire Duration Of The Trip.6.Providing A Complete Set Of Documentation Regarding The Implementation Of Tasks, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.The Contractor Is Obliged To Plan And Implement:1. Individual Consultations With A Psychologist: 1 Hour For Each Family. The Meeting Schedule Will Be Agreed With The Participants On The First Day Of The Trip During The Organizational Meeting.2. Workshops For Parents: 8 Hours (2 Meetings Of 4 Hours Each). The Topics Should Include, Among Others: Strengthening Parenting Skills, Communication In The Family, Coping With Crisis Situations And Preventing Problems Of Children And Youth (Peer Violence, Depression, Addictions).3. Animation Classes For Children And Teenagers: Carried Out In Parallel To Workshops For Parents (2 Meetings, 4 Hours Each). Classes Must Include Integration Elements, Sports Games And Creative/Art Workshops, Taking Into Account The Possibility Of Conducting Them Both Indoors And Outdoors.4.
