The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A) Transport And Bringing The Subject Of The Contract To The Place Designated By The Ordering Party And Its Insurance Until It Is Picked Up By The Ordering Party Without Any Reservations; B) The Subject Of The Contract Meets The Technical Parameters And Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order; C) The Subject Of The Contract Delivered To The Ordering Party Is Brand New, Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Ready For Use, Without The Need To Make Additional Purchases And Is Not Subject To Any Rights Of Third Parties; D) The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee Of Min. 24 Months, The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 4 To This Swz4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
