A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of Minimum Technical And Functional Requirements, Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Task Is Co-Financed Under The National Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026, Details Of The Task: Retrofitting The Warehouse, Area 2: Logistic Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies, Section: Supplementing Resources And Infrastructure Necessary To Carry Out Olioc Tasks.4. The Ordering Party Informs That It Also Reserves The Right To Charge A Contractual Penalty In The Amount Equal To The Lost Funding From The National Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 In The Event That The Ordering Party Loses This Funding For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor.5.
