The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Integration And Educational Trip For 56 People - Foster Parents, Foster Care Pupils And People From Their Immediate Surroundings From The Kalisz Poviat. The Trip Is To Last 5 Days And Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project No. Fewp.06.15-Iz.00-0003/23 Entitled: Support For The Deinstitutionalization Of Foster Care In The Kalisz Subregion Under Measure 6.15 Support For The Family And The Foster Care System Of The European Funds For Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Program (Few).2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) 56 People Will Participate In The Trip, Including Children And Adults. 2) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Reducing The Number Of Participants To A Maximum Of 5 People. 3) Duration Of The Trip: 5 Stay Days (4 Nights) In The Period Between 01/08/2026 And 31/08/2026. 4) The Order Covers The Provision Of Transport Of Participants From The Seat Of The Ordering Party To The Place Of Departure And Their Return From The Place Of Departure To The Sub-Registered Office The Ordering Party.3. Place Of Trip: Hotel Or Recreation Center Located In A Seaside Town In The West Pomeranian Voivodeship.4. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide Participants With: 1) Departure From The Ordering Partys Premises No Later Than After 8:00 A.M., And Departure From The Facility No Earlier Than Before 2:00 P.M., By Coach Or Bus(S) With Seats For Each Participant, Air Conditioning, Seat Belts And Current Technical Inspections Of The Vehicle; 2) Replacement Transport Of The Same Or Higher Standard Within No Longer Than 4 Hours From The Discovery Of A Failure In The Event Of Its Occurrence; 3) Organizing Assistance In Unloading The Participants Luggage From The Buses And Transferring It To The Rooms And Loading The Luggage For The Return Journey; 4) Stay In A Hotel Or Center Adapted To The Stay Of Families With Children And Teenagers, With A Standard Corresponding To The Minimum Requirements Specified For Three-Star Hotels, In Accordance With The Current Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of August 19, 2004 On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities Where Hotel Services Are Provided (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2017, Item 2166). The Ordering Party Requires That All Participants Be Accommodated In One Building. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form The Hotel Or Recreation Center Intended To Provide The Service. Changing The Place Of Service After Submitting The Offer Is Not Allowed.5) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Hotel/Recreation Center Meets The Following Conditions: A) A Facility Located No Further Than 500 M From The Beach With A Guarded Bathing Area, B) A Fenced Building, Monitored 24 Hours A Day, C) Architectural Accessibility For People With Disabilities (Driveways, No Or Limited Barriers, Elevator), D) Access To Recreational Facilities Enabling Group Activities And Integration In The Open Air, E
