The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As An Investors Supervision Inspector Over The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Transport Route On The Ugoszcz - Studzienice Section On The District Road No. 1780G.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Entire Investment Process. Due To The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Persons With Appropriate Construction Qualifications In The Following Specialties: - Road, - Installation In The Field Of Sanitary Networks, Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Installations And Devices, - Installation In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices, The Above. Persons Must Have Professional Qualifications Necessary To Perform The Order, I.E. Construction Qualifications Referred To In The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law And In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Investment And Development Of April 29, 2019 On Professional Preparation To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction Or Corresponding Valid Construction Qualifications Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Legal Provisions Or Relevant Provisions In Force In The Country Where The Contractor Has Its Registered Office Or Place Of Residence, Recognized By The Competent Authority, In Accordance With With The Act Of December 22, 2015 On The Principles Of Recognizing Professional Qualifications Acquired In The Member States Of The European Union (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 166) Or Intending To Provide Cross-Border Services Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of This Act And Art. 20A Of The Act Of December 15, 2000 On Professional Self-Governments Of Architects And Construction Engineers (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1783) - As Long As Their Scope Corresponds To The Scope Of The Required Authorizations Or Is Broader.3. As Part Of The Task In Question, The Contractor Will Be Responsible, Among Others, For: For: 1) Performing The Function Of An Investors Supervision Inspector In Accordance With The Construction Law; 2) Adjusting Working Hours To The Contractor Of Construction Works; 3) Monitoring Progress In The Implementation Of The Investment, In Accordance With The Construction Documentation, Tender Documents For Construction Works And Approved Schedules; 4) Supervision Of The Implementation Of Any Works Not Included In The Documentation, Which Could Not Be Predicted At The Stage Of Signing The Contract, And Which Are Necessary To Be Performed For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment; 5) Ongoing Supervision Of The Works Being Performed, Analysis Of Design Solutions And Reporting Possible Comments; 6) Stay On The Construction Site At Least Twice A Week And At Every Justified Request Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Of The Works Subject To Supervision; 7) Checking And Confirming Compliance Of The Technical Parameters Of The Installed Materials And Devices Wi
