1. Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Foresters Uniforms, Personal Protective Equipment, Footwear And Work Clothes. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 1 To The Swz. Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With Applicable Legal Provisions, Regulations In Force At Pgl Lp And Standards. Individual Types Of Uniforms - Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Technical And Technological Documentation Of Individual Types Of Uniforms Constituting Annex No. 1 B To The Swz, Respectively For A Given Part Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. The List Of Legal Acts And Standards Specifying The Patterns And Parameters To Be Met By Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Parts: Part I - Delivery Of Foresters Uniforms, Part Ii - Delivery Of Personal Protective Equipment, Footwear And Work Clothes. 4. A Detailed Description Of Individual Parts Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Presented In Annexes 1A And 1B To The Swz.
