The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Compressed Straw To The Housing Estate Boiler Room In Przechlewo For The 2026/2027 Heating Season For The Municipal Utilities Plant In Przechlewo, In The Amount Of 800 Tons In Cubes (Rectangular Bales). Parameters Of Rectangular Bales: Dimensions: Height - From 0.5 M To 1.20 M; Width - 1.20 M; Length - From 2.20 M To 2.80 M; Weight: 300 –550 Kg; Average Straw Moisture: No More Than 20%. The Ordering Party Allows For The Delivery Of Wheat, Rye, Rapeseed Or Rye Straw. Deliveries Will Be Made In Batches, Within 7 Business Days Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party. Orders For Individual Batches Will Be Placed By E-Mail By Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party, And In The Event Of An Emergency, They May Be Placed By Phone. In Each Order (Individual Batches), The Ordering Party Will Specify Its Size, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Needs. Individual Batches Of Straw Will Be Delivered To The Estates Boiler Room Located In Przechlewo, Juźkowa 7. The Contractor Will Ensure The Appropriate Method Of Transport To Maintain The Parameters And Quality Of The Delivered Straw. All Costs, Including Transport Costs And Costs Of Materials, Needed To Complete The Order Will Be Borne By The Contractor. Straw Will Be Delivered On The Agreed Date At The Time Specified By The Ordering Party. Straw Will Be Unloaded From The Vehicles By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires That The Straw Be Stored In The Building Or Covered With Foil When Stored At The Contractors. The Detailed Scope Of Rights And Obligations Related To The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
