The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Electrical Installation For The Building At Ul. Leszno 21 In Żyrardów. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Design Documentation Should Be Complete Material On The Basis Of Which The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Conduct A Tender Procedure For The Execution Of A Given Investment Task. The Contractor Will Describe In The Design Documentation The Technology Of Works As Well As Materials, Devices And Other Products In A Way That Ensures Fair Competition And Equal Treatment Of Participants In The Procedure For The Performance Of Works In Accordance With The Documentation In Question. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Complete Design Documentation For The Electrical Installation In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, Implementing Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, And With The Contractors Due Diligence.
