Due To The Extensive Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Refers To The Procurement Documents Contained In The Swz, In Particular The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Contains Detailed Requirements And A Description Of The Requirements And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. Due To The Variability Of The Employment Level Of Employees Authorized To Collect Sorts Of Foresters Uniforms And Occupational Health And Safety Clothing, As Well As The Variability Of Individual Demand For Particular Sorts By Authorized Persons, The Number Of Individual Sorts Indicated In Annex No. 1 (Opz) Of The Swz Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Contract At A Minimum Level Of 80% Of The Net Value Of The Subject Of The Order.
