Bids Are Invited For Price Registration For Hiring A Specialized Company To Provide Continuous Technical Advisory Services, Planning, Organization, Coordination, Execution And Monitoring Of Small And Medium-Sized Institutional And Technical Events, On Demand, Nationwide, Including The Supply Of Infrastructure, Human Resources, Materials, Equipment, Food And Other Inputs Necessary For The Full Realization Of Events Promoted Or Supported By The National Agency For Technical Assistance And Rural Extension Anater.

The Lot Includes Items 1 To 237, Which Constitute Objects Possible For Formulation Of Prices And Presentation Of Bids By Bidders, According To Specifications, Quantities And Conditions In The Terms Of Reference. Item 238, Regarding The Rental Of Spaces For Events, Will Not Be The Subject Of Price Formulation Or Bid Dispute, Considering It Is An Expense Of A Variable Nature, Linked To The Hiring Of Third Parties And Conditioned To The Specificities Of Each Event. In These Cases, The Corresponding Amounts Will Be Fully Transferred By The Contractor To The Contracting Party, Without Any Administration Fee, Discount Or Any Suppression Of Amounts. Bidders Must Submit A Proposal Contemplating The Value Of All Items, Observing, For This Purpose, The Model Contained In Annex Ii Proposal Model, Including The Completion Of Item 238, Although This Is Not Subject To The Competitive Bidding Stage.
