The Works Comprise The Extension And Refurbishment Of The Existing Cappamore Fire Station Including, But Not Limited To: • Refurbishment And Reconfiguration Of The Existing Appliance Bay And Associated Internal Accommodation; • Construction Of A New Three-Unit Appliance Bay; • Construction Of Ancillary Accommodation Including Entrance Lobby, Drying Room, Breathing Apparatus Room, Storage Areas And Boiler House; • Construction Of A Roofed External Storage Area; • Associated Civil, Drainage, Hard Landscaping And Site Development Works; • Upgrading Of Foul And Surface Water Drainage Infrastructure; • All Associated Temporary And Permanent Works.
