The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Regulate The Technical Conditions By Which The Provision Of The Dining Room And Cafeteria Service Of The Municipal Senior Centers With Fair Trade Products Will Be Governed. The Launch Of The Cafeteria-Dining Room Given The Characteristics Of The Service, Such As The Existence Of Stipulated Maximum Prices Or Low Demand, Makes Business Actions That Allow Adequate Exploitation Impossible. For This Reason, The Current Service Contract Is Processed With Direct Benefits To Citizens, In Which A Financial Contribution Is Foreseen Based On The Expected Income And Expenses, As Reflected In The Economic Study Attached To The File.
