Keva (Later Also The Customer) Requests Applications To Participate In The Procurement Of A Complete Solution For Managing Customer Service And Customer Work. The Object Of The Acquisition Is A Complete Solution For Customer Service And Directing Customer Work. The Object Of Procurement Consists Of The Following Components: • Complete Solution And Support For Its Use, Including The Right To Expand The Complete Solution During The Contract Period. • Complementary Expert Services Related To The Overall Solution, Covering Separately Ordered Expert Work For Tasks Related To The Overall Solution, Such As Further Development, Organization Of Trainings, Etc. • Delivery And Implementation Project Of The Overall Solution, Covering The Tasks Required For The Delivery Of The Overall Solution And The Introduction Of The Overall Solution And Its Continuous Services, Such As Training. The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1, Description Of The Object Of Procurement, To The Request For Participation. The Customer Is Not Committed To Any Purchase Quantities. The Procurement Is Carried Out Using The Negotiation Procedure. In The First Stage Of The Procurement Procedure, Candidates Are Asked To Submit Applications For Participation In The Negotiation Procedure. A Maximum Of Four (4) Candidates Will Be Selected For The Negotiation, Unless There Are Fewer Suitable Candidates. If There Are 4 Or Fewer Participation Applications That Meet The Set Requirements, All Candidates Who Have Submitted Applications That Meet The Requirements Will Be Selected As Bidders. If More Than 4 Applications For Participation That Meet The Requirements Are Received, The Four (4) Candidates Who Have Submitted Applications For Participation That Meet The Requirements And Receive The Highest Combined Total Points As Described In Appendix 2, Comparison Of Applications For Participation, Will Be Selected As Bidders.
