Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Service Of Organizing, Running And Operating An Artificially Frozen Ice Rink Using The Contractors Equipment At The Re Odra Municipal Square In Nowa Sól

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Comprehensive Services Of Organizing, Running And Operating An Artificially Frozen Ice Rink Using The Contractors Equipment With Dimensions Of At Least 18Mx30m And Maximum Of 20M X 30M. The Ice Rink Will Be Located At The Re Odra City Square, At Ul. Bawełniana In Nowa Sól. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Preparation For Use Of An Artificially Frozen Ice Rink Along With Its Lighting And Sound System, The Organization Of Sanitary Facilities, Ticket Sales And Skate Rental Facilities, Management And Operation Of The Ice Rink Complex And Maintenance Of The Ice Rink. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer After The Contractor Has Visited The Site In Order To Familiarize Himself With The Scope Of Work. An On-Site Visit By Each Contractor With The Participation Of The Ordering Party Who Submits Its Offer Is A Mandatory Condition For Participation In The Procedure. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Does Not Complete The Mandatory On-Site Visit Will Be Rejected - In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. A Report Will Be Prepared Of The On-Site Visit, Which Will Constitute Confirmation Of The On-Site Visit. The Ordering Party Does Not Reimburse The Costs Of Participation In The On-Site Visit, In Particular Travel Costs.
