The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Hydrophore Set Devices As Part Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Pumping System At The Witanowice Wwtp, Hereinafter Referred To As Task Or Investment.2. Order Type: Delivery.3. Location Of The Task - Place Of Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Devices: Water Treatment Station In Witanowice, Address: Ul. Wadowicka 3, 34-103 Witanowice, Hereinafter Referred To As Suw Or Interchangeably Facility.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Chapter Iv Of The Swz Entitled: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz And In Chapter Iii Of The Swz Entitled Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu.5. In The Documentation Of This Procedure, The Terms Contractor And Supplier Are Used Interchangeably And Mean The Same Entity (Entity Submitting An Offer In The Procedure).6. The Order Includes The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Brand New, Complete Drinking Water Hydrophore Set That Meets The Minimum Quantitative, Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters Required By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Point 8.2 Of The Opz. As Part Of The Procedure For Commissioning The Installed Hydrophore Set, The Contractor Is Obliged To Train Gzk Staff In The Operation Of The Installed Devices.7. The Existing Pump System (To Be Dismantled) And The Planned Installation Site For The New Hydrophore Set Are Presented In The Drawing And Photographic Documentation Of The Existing Pump System At The Wwtp In Witanowice, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 1 To Opz.8. The Dismantling Of The Existing Pump System Together With The Foundation Will Be Performed By The Ordering Party On Its Own, Within The Time Agreed With The Contractor, I.E. According To The Readiness For Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Complete Hydrophore Set Reported During The Order Execution Time.9. The Supplier Of The Hydrophore Set Must Ensure Repairs Found During The Warranty And Warranty Period Only At An Authorized Service Center For Pumps And Inverters. Due To The Need To Maintain The Continuity Of Operation Of The Wwtp Devices, The Ordering Party Requires That Repairs Reported During The Warranty And Warranty Period Be Completed Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Notification To The Contractor.10. By Ensuring Repairs In An Authorized Pump And Inverter Service, The Ordering Party Allows: 1) Repairs To Be Carried Out By The Supplier Who Has An Authorized Pump And Inverter Service; 2) Repairs Carried Out By A Supplier Who Does Not Have An Authorized Pump And Inverter Service, Provided That Such Supplier Provides, No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract For The Execution Of The Order In Question, An Agreement With An Authorized Pump And Inverter Service, Containing An Obligation To Carry Out Repairs During The Period Of The Guarantee And Warranty Granted By The Supplier, In Accordance With The Terms And Condi
