1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Construction Project Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Bukowa Street In Wałbrzych As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Bukowa Street In Wałbrzych In The Design And Build System Along With The Authors Supervision.1.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To: A) Prepare Design Documentation - Construction Design (Including Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Design) For The Road Industry And Other Industries, If Required, As Well As Documentation Regarding The Removal Of Conflicts And Accompanying Studies Necessary For The Performance Of Construction Works, B) Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Permit Opinions And Decisions Needed To Perform Construction Works On The Basis Of Design Documentation, E.G. Notification Of Construction Or Other Construction Works/Building Permit/Zrid.C) Prepare Executive Designs For All Industries And Accompanying Studies Necessary For The Execution Of Construction Works, D) Prepare Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, E) Perform Construction Works Based On The Above-Mentioned Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party And Technical Specifications, F) Ensure The Continuity Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic For The Duration Of The Works (Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works: Design, Execution, Maintenance And Decommissioning), G) Prepare, Approve And Implement A Design For Permanent Road Traffic Organization, H) Exercise Authors Supervision Over The Completed Design Documentation, I) Obtain A Decision On The Use Permit And/Or Submit A Notice Of Completion Of Works If Required By Law.1.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into The Following Stages, Covering The Scopes Listed Below: 1) Stage I: Preparation Of A Multi-Sector Construction Design (In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Fup), Preparation And Submission Of An Application For The Issuance Of A Building Permit And Its Obtaining Or Notification Of Construction Or Performance Of Other Construction Works And Stwiorb For All Necessary Industries And Accompanying Studies Necessary For The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Ul. Bukowa.2) Stage Ii: Execution Of Construction Works Covered By This Agreement (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Works), Notification Of Readiness For Acceptance And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit And/Or Submitting A Notification Of Completion Of The Works For The Entire Subject Of The Agreement. Performing Authors Supervision During The Actual Implementation Of The Task.
