1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Paints, Varnishes And Painting Supplies To The 41St Air Training Base In Dęblin. 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 Independent Tasks: A) Task I - Paints And Painting Supplies For The Engineering And Sapper Service; B) Task Ii - Paints And Painting Supplies For The Food Service; C) Task Iii - Paints And Painting Supplies For The Mps Service; 3. The Ordering Party Allows For The Submission Of Partial Offers, Which Means That The Contractor May Submit An Offer For The Full Scope Of One, Two Or Three Tasks (Parts) Of The Contract. Each Complete Task Is Part Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting An Offer For All Or Selected Task (Part) Of The Order. Each Task (Part) Of The Order Will Be Assessed Separately. Offers That Do Not Include The Full Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Specified In Individual Tasks Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.4 Act. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Task I - Paints And Painting Supplies For The Engineering And Sapper Service: • The Subject Of The Order Is A One-Off Delivery Of Materials Needed To Perform Maintenance On Engineering Equipment, Included In The Offer Form (I.E. Annex No. 1 To Swz Table 1) In The Quantities Specified By The Ordering Party; • The Materials Should Be Delivered Of Full Value, New, Free From Physical Or Legal Defects; • The Delivered Materials Must Not Show Any Signs Of Damage Or Previous Use, And Must Meet All The Requirements And Expectations Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 2A To The Swz); • The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered Together With Substance Safety Data Sheets, Declarations Of Conformity Or Certificates, If Individual Materials Have Such Documents; • The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Paints And Various Articles. Painting Of The Highest Quality, In Accordance With Polish Standards, Covered By A Quality Guarantee And Validity Periods Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. • Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Made To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party - The Warehouse Of The Engineering And Sappers Service, Located On The Premises Of The 4Th Sapper Regiment In Dęblin, On Working Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, Between... 8:00 - 15:00, At A Price Consistent With The Price Offer Included By The Contractor In The Price Form; • The Subject Of The A
