The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Repairs Of 5/4 Kador High-Pressure Pumps For Household Sewage Pumping Stations In The Existing Pressure Sewage System In The Rudniki Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A And Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Minimum Warranty And Quality Period Required By The Ordering Party For The Subject Of The Order Is 12 Months. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Article 95(1) Of The Public Procurement Act, Specifies The Obligation To Employ The Contractor Or A Subcontractor Based On The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Article 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465).
