The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Time Of Transporting And Dropping Off Children, The Route And Number Of Courses, And Thus The Length Of The Journey In The Event Of Changes Resulting From The Organization Of The School Year, As Well As Other Circumstances Of An Objective Nature. If A State Of Epidemic Threat Or An Epidemic Or Other State With A Similar Effect Is Announced In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Applicable Sanitary Regime.
