1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Administration And Maintenance Of The Municipal Cemetery At Kościerska Street In Chojnice.2. The Order Includes, Among Others, The Following Services: 1) Maintaining Cemetery Documentation To The Extent Required By Applicable Regulations, I.E. Keeping A Book Of People Buried In The Cemetery, A Book Of Graves In The Cemetery And An Alphabetical List Of People Buried In The Cemetery (Cemetery Books), 2) Collecting Fees For The Use Of The Cemetery At The Rates Specified By The Ordinance Of The Mayor Of Chojnice (When Collecting The Fee, He Is Obliged To Record This Activity Using A Cash Register Entrusted To Him By The Ordering Party Pursuant To Separate Agreement, On The Terms Specified Therein), 3) Proper Designation Of Burial Places And Proper Management Of Burial Plots In Accordance With The Principles Resulting From The Relevant Regulations, 4) Making The Cemetery Area Available (Opening The Gate), Including: For The Needs Of Burial And Stonemasonry Work During The Contractors Working Hours,5) Ensuring The Possibility Of Using Water Intake Points In The Period From April 1 To November 3,6) Daily Checking The Cemetery Area For The Correctness Of Work Performed By Stonemason Companies,7) Maintaining The Cemetery In The Scope Of Cleaning, Greenery Care And Winter Maintenance, I.E. In Particular: Equipping The Cemetery With Sanitary Toilet Cabins, Waste Containers, Ensuring Proper Maintenance Of Greenery, Keeping Alleys Clean During The Period In Summer, Clearing Snow And Sprinkling Of Alleys In Winter, Maintaining The Water Supply, Lighting, Fences And Roads In Proper Condition, Equipping The Cemetery With Appropriate Information Boards.3. The Contractor Will Provide An Office Located In The City Of Chojnice, For The Needs Of Servicing Customers And Conducting Administrative Matters (In The Number Of Hours Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer).4. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
