1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Municipal Waste In The Quantities Indicated In Annex No. 2 To Swz.2. Types Of Municipal Waste Generated: A/ Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste. B/ Segregated Waste In The Form Of: Glass Packaging. Plastic Packaging, Biodegradable Waste. The Contractor Will Collect Waste From 1100 L And 240 L Containers Owned By The Ordering Party4. The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Keep The Containers In Proper Sanitary, Orderly And Technical Condition.5. The Ordering Party Is Responsible For The Technical Condition Of Waste Containers Depending On The Types Of Waste Stored.6. The Contractor Collecting Waste Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Conditions Provided For Entities Collecting Waste, Specified In The Provisions Of The Waste Act And The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, Together With Implementing Acts To The Above-Mentioned Acts.
