The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of An Ambulance With Medical Equipment For The Needs Of An Independent Public Health Care Facility In Puławy, With Technical Parameters Consistent With The Requirements Described In Annex No. 4 To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Requires To Offer A Brand New Type B Road Ambulance Manufactured No Earlier Than 2024 With The Installation Of A Medical Part That Meets The Requirements Of The Polish Standard Pn-En 1789:2021-02 Applicable To The Ambulance Or Equivalent.4. The Offered Ambulance Must Have Equipment Free From Defects, Covered By The Vehicle Manufacturers Warranty, And Meeting The Requirements Of The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 988, As Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E.
