The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Łomno Together With The Reconstruction Of The Roof.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Design Documentation. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Drafted Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Order Is Implemented In The Form Of A Subsidy Under The Priority Program National Program For Financing Rescue Services. Part 3) Energy Modernization Of Buildings Of Volunteer Fire Brigades.4. As Part Of This Project, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An As-Built Cost Estimate (List Of Works Performed And Value Of Works).5. The Purpose Of Implementing The Order In Question Is To Achieve The Ecological Effect Referred To In Annex No. 12 To The Swz.5.1. Within 14 Days From The Contractors Notification Of Readiness For Final Acceptance Of The Works, The Ordering Party Will Prepare An Energy Performance Certificate To Verify And Confirm The Achievement Of The Ecological Effect For This Project.5. 2 Achieving The Above-Mentioned Ecological Effect Will Be The Basis For Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.6. All Trademarks, Names Or Origins Indicated In The Swz Documentation Should Be Understood As Examples And Considered Together With The Word Or Equivalent, Provided That They Guarantee Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. In The Project.
