The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Building No. 33 (Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities, Stairs, Facade, Pedestrian Route And Replacement Of Doors) At The Military Complex In Rzeszów At Ul. Lwowska 5.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In:1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz;2) Stwiorb - Annex No. 6 To The Swz;3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 7 To The Swz;3. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract With Annexes (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) Constitute An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Construction Site Upon Taking Over.5. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing, Throughout Their Duration, Construction Works In The Scope Of: 1) Construction Works; 2) Sanitary Installation Works; 6. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Carry Out Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Fulfillment By Him Or A Subcontractor Of The Requirement To Employ Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Above Under An Employment Contract.
