The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Road Surface Of Provincial Roads No. 919 And No. 921 Located In The Gliwice Poviat In Accordance With The Attached Technical Specifications (Sst, Annex No. 3 To The Contract) And A Description Of The Technology For Carrying Out The Renovations (Annex No. 2 To The Contract). The Above Documents Also Define The Subject Of The Order, Its Characteristics, Method Of Execution As Well As Quality Requirements For The Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order.2. The Construction Site Will Be Handed Over Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Agreement, During Which The Ordering Party Will Indicate To The Contractor Specific Places Where The Order Will Be Carried Out Along With The Scope. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Presented In Annex No. 3A To The Swz. 4. Estimated Total Amount Of Area To Be Renovated On The Above Roads: 1) In Terms Of Renovation Of Asphalt Concrete Surface Thickness. 5 Cm - With A Patch Area From 5 M2 To 20 M2 - 22.93 M2 - With A Patch Area Above 20 M2 - 2803.08 M22) Regulation Of Devices - 20 Pcs. (5 Pcs. Wells, 15 Pcs. Street Inlet Grates) 5. During The Execution Of Works, It Is Not Allowed To Leave Exposed Places In The Surface At Night. The Surface That Will Be Milled Or Carved Out In Places Of Marked Damage Should Be Filled With Compound On The Same Day.6. To Perform The Works, The Contractor Will Use Materials That Meet The Technical Conditions Specified In The Technical Specifications.
