The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction Of The Provincial Road No. 813 Międzyrzec Podlaski - Parczew - Ostrów Lubelski - Łęczna In The Scope Of Construction Of A Bicycle Road On The Section From Km 52+162 To Km 56+484.26 With A Length Of 4.322 Km. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: A) Reconstruction Of The Route And Height Points; B) Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization - Securing Works;C) Felling The Conflicting Trees;D) Reconstruction And Protection Of The Conflicting Telecommunications And Power Infrastructure;E) Removal Of Topsoil To The Extent Necessary Resulting From The Location Of The Designed Road Infrastructure Elements;F) Execution Of Demolition Works;G) Execution Of Earthworks - Construction Of Embankments And Excavations;H) Construction Of New And Reconstruction Of Existing Culverts;I) Setting Of Road Curbs And On-Ramps;J) Construction Of A Full Road Structure For Bicycles;K) Carrying Out Maintenance Works On The Construction Site;L) Planting Greenery To Compensate For Felling;M) Installing Road Traffic Safety Devices;N) Introduction Of A New Permanent Traffic Organization. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design Documentation, Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization Design, Detailed Technical Specifications And In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Auxiliary Part Of Determining The Quantity Of Works. Design Documentation Adapts The Facility To The Needs Of All Users, Including Accessibility For Disabled People. As A Public Facility, After Construction Is Completed, It Will Have No Restrictions On Accessibility By All Road Users, Including Disabled People, Which Is Required By Regulations Regarding Requirements, Among Others.
