The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Comprehensive Renovation Of The Water Tower Building In Orzesze At Ul. Dworcowa On Plots No. 586/132; 585/132. Renovation Includes: - Execution Of Horizontal Damp-Proof Insulation And Vertical Insulation Of Foundations - Removal Of Damp And Hollow Plasters - Maintenance And Replenishment Of Plasters - Construction Of A New Floor On The Ground Along With Floor Layers - Construction Of New Internal Stairs - Cleaning And Protection Of Steel Elements With Appropriate Protective Paint Coatings - Replacement Of Damaged Elements Of The Roof Truss - Impregnation Of The Entire Roof Truss - Replacement Of The Roof Covering Roof - Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery. A Lightning Protection Installation Should Also Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Documentation. In The Part Of The Building Described In The Project As Outside The Scope Of The Study, External Plasters Should Be Replaced, The Corner Of The Extension Must Be Rebuilt, The Roof Should Be Replaced, Gutters Should Be Supplemented, Steel Doors Should Be Replaced And The Lightning Protection Installation Should Be Reconstructed.
