Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party, Including Annex No. 9 Design Documentation, Annex No. 9A Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Annex No. 9B Stormwater Drainage Works, Annex 9C Works For The Renovation Of The Square Surface And Annex No. 11 Decision No. Raaiii.6740.3.5.2021.Gc-810/Szkola, Taking Into Account Chapter Iii Of This Swz And Annex No. 8, Draft Provisions Of The Contract;2. Obtaining A Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or Submitting An Effective Notice Of Completion Of Works To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority And Submitting To The Ordering Party The Appropriately Obtained Occupancy Permit Or A Document Confirming The Effectiveness Of The Notification; The Contractor Determines On Its Own Which Parts Of The Subject Of The Contract And Within What Time Limit Require Obtaining Such Permits Or Submitting A Notification. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor Appropriate Powers Of Attorney In This Respect.
