1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With The Delivery And Assembly Of 2 Platforms For The Disabled At The Mausoleum Monument Located On The Premises Of The State Museum At Majdanek In Lublin At Ul. Droga Męczenników Majdanka 67 In Accordance With The Attached Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz (The Functional And Utility Program Is An Annex To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order).2. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Complete Design Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works, 2) Obtaining All Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Required By Law, Including In Particular Arrangements With The Voivode Of Lublin And The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, As Well As Construction Permits/Applications (If Required), 3) Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With The Documentation Prepared And The Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Obtained For It, 4) Delivery Of 2 Complete Platforms For Disabled People,5) Assembly Of Platforms Along With The Performance Of Necessary Accompanying Works, Including Power Supply,6) Commissioning, Checking The Correct Operation And Handing Over The Platforms For Use To The Ordering Party,7) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Prepared Documentation,8) Preparing As-Built Documentation.3. The Mausoleum Monument Is Located On The Premises Of The State Museum At Majdanek At Ul. Droga Męczenników Majdanka 67 In Lublin, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under Number A/1029 And Is Protected By Conservation Services. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Lublin Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Scope Of The Area Available For Construction Purposes Will Be Determined With The Contractor At The Stage Of Commencement Of Design Works.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To This Specification Of Terms Of Contract (Swz) And In The Annexes Specified Therein And Constitutes An Integral Part Thereof. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Take Place On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, And In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.6. [...]7. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Full Warranty On The Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance.
