The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation: 1) Construction Of A Warehouse Hall For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense With Social, Office And Sanitary Facilities, Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development. 2) Notification Of The Completion Of The Works To The Competent Authority Or Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. The Construction Site Should Be Fenced Off By Constructing A Temporary Fence Around The Construction Site. All Materials And Devices Intended For Installation Should Be New, Without Defects, Purchased By The Contractor For The Purposes Of Construction Or Installation In This Investment. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Required Archaeological Supervision During Construction Works In Accordance With The Attached Decision Of The West Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Szczecin And The Costs Of Its Execution. The Ordering Party Is At The Stage Of Obtaining A Building Permit For The Scope Included In The Design Documentation. Construction Begins After Obtaining A Building Permit. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Swz Together With The Annexes.
