Part No. I Of The Order Entitled Fairs - Tech Week Singapore. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Construction Of A Trade Fair Stand During A Foreign Trade Fair Event. The Task Will Be Carried Out By The Contractors According To The Model Development Pattern As Part Of The Project Wielkopolska 2050 - Building Brands And Internationalization Of The Greater Poland Economy To Increase Its Competitiveness In The Face Of Climate Challenges (Hereinafter Referred To As Wielkopolska 2050). The Contractors Task Will Be The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Exhibition Stand, Starting From Adapting And Possibly Modernizing The Design Of The Ordering Partys Stand To The Reserved Space, Through Construction Using Its Own Materials, Transport, Assembly, Technical Service Of The Stand, Up To Dismantling Of The Exhibition Stand After The End Of The Event. The Order Includes Comprehensive Organization Of The Exhibition Stand Of The Wielkopolska Voivodeship At The Tech Week Singapore Fair In Accordance With The Design Of The Ordering Partys Model Stand And The Guidelines Of The Event Organizer In The Scope Of The Following Tasks: - Pu I: Construction Of The Exhibition Stand, - Pu Ii: Provision Of Service For The Exhibition Stand, - Pu Iii: Disassembly Of The Exhibition Stand. Performance Of Tasks, Referred To Above Will Be Confirmed By The Ordering Party With Acceptance Reports. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz) For This Part Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 4A To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Implementation Of This Part Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 3A To The Swz.
