The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces Using Mineral-Asphalt Mixtures, 2) Replacement Of The Subgrade Along With The Installation Of A Leveling Layer And A Wearing Course Ac 11S Kr 3-4, 3) Adjustment Of Technical Infrastructure Devices, Including Sewage Well Manholes, 4) Construction Of Street Sewage On A Concrete Footing, 5) Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract.2. The Measurement Of Works Planned To Be Performed Under The Basic Order Constitutes Annexes To The Swz. The Detailed Scope Of Works Will Be Determined According To Needs And Consulted With The Contractors Representatives. The Final Decision On The Scope Of Works Rests With The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: 1) Limit The Number Of Works Planned In The Scope Of Works - In Such Cases, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Demand Remuneration For The Abandoned Scope Of Works, Provided That The Minimum Order Value Will Not Be Less Than 70% Of The Value Of The Basic Order, 2) Change The Number Of Works Based On Ongoing Reviews Of The Condition Of Municipal Roads And The Resulting Needs, While Maintaining The Price Components Indicated In The Offer Cost Estimate.3. Renovation Works Should Be Started Within A Period Not Exceeding 5 Working Days From The Date Of Request By The Ordering Partys Representative, In Writing, By E-Mail Or By Telephone. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of This Contract In Accordance With The Contractors Offer Constituting An Integral Part Of The Contract.
