The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of: A Multi-Directional Concept For The Reconstruction/Expansion/Construction Of The Communication System In Zgorzelec In The Area/Impact Of Dk 30 From The Junction With The A4 Motorway To Km Approx. 2025. The Main Focus Of The Analysis Is The Strategic Intersection, The Roundabout. Solidarności (Km 2+086), Constituting A Connection Of:• National Road No. 30 (Direction Lubań/Jelenia Góra, A4 Motorway),• Provincial Road No. 352 (Direction Bogatynia),• Armii Krajowej Street,• Exit To A Large-Scale Commercial Facility. Purpose Of The Study:The Main Objective Is To Find An Optimal Communication Solution That Will Ensure The Capacity And Smoothness Of Vehicular Traffic Of The Existing Road System And:• Optimal Servicing Adjacent Areas;• Improving Road Traffic Safety (Brd);• Integrating The System With The Existing Technical Infrastructure;• Defining The Material Scope Necessary To Initiate Subsequent Stages Of Design And Implementation Work For All Road Managers. The Concept Should Propose And Take Into Account Investments By Other Road Managers, Ensuring Coherence Of The Entire Transport System Of The Region, Meeting The Expectations Of All Road Managers, As Well As The Local Community, And Indicating Directions For Further Design Stages For Road Managers. It Is Also Intended To Allow For The Determination Of The Detailed Scope Of Road Reconstruction/Expansion For All Managers. The Documentation Is Intended To:• Determine Variants Of The Communication System Route Determined On The Basis Of Traffic And Capacity Analyses;• Additionally, Based On Publicly Available Data, It Is Also Intended To Present, Among Others: Spatial Relationships Of Variants With Areas With Various Spatial Functions, Including Those Protected Under The Provisions On Nature Protection And Protection Of Monuments, And Taking Into Account The Solutions Contained In Local Law Acts (Local Spatial Development Plans) And Studies Of Conditions And Directions Of Spatial Development Of Municipalities.
