1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Playground In Trawniki. The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of This Order Does Not Include The Implementation Of The Entire Design Documentation. The Installation Of A Complete Street Workout Set With A Polyurethane Surface, The Installation Of A Waste Bin And A Regulation Board, And The Installation Of Park Lighting Were Carried Out As Part Of The First Stage Of Works And Do Not Constitute The Subject Of This Order. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Playground Elements, I.E. Delivery And Assembly Of An Agility Set, A Rope Cone And A Sandbox; 2) Execution Elements Of Small Architecture, I.E. Delivery And Installation Of Benches, Baskets, Bicycle Rack And Regulation Board - Excluding Elements Performed As Part Of The First Stage; 3) Construction Of A Pedestrian Path Made Of 6 Cm Thick Concrete Paving Stones, Without Bevels, Along With The Substructure And Edges; Marking Out The Works And Performing An As-Built Inventory. Before Commencing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With The Local Conditions, In Particular With The Existing Facilities And Land Development Elements. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Check In The Field The Possibility Of Performing Earthworks Using Mechanical Equipment. Fulfilling The Same Function, Maintaining The Required Safety Zones And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Documentation. The Ordering Party Recommends Carrying Out A Local Inspection Of The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Order In Order To Obtain Any Information That May Be Necessary For The Preparation Of The Offer And Proper Implementation Of The Order. Construction Works (Stwiorb),3) Bills Of Quantities, (Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities Will Be Compressed And Saved In A File Called Zalacznik_Nr_4_Do_Swz_Dokumentacja_Projektowa.Zip). The Ordering Party Informs That The Design Documentation Covers A Wider Scope Than The Subject Of This Order. The Elements Performed As Part Of The First Stage, I.E. A Complete Street Workout Set With A Polyurethane Surface, Waste Bin, Regulation Board And Park Lighting, Are Not The Subject Of This Order. The Scope Of Works Covered By This Order Was Specified In The Swz And In The Bill Of Quantities And Cost Estimate For The Current Stage Of The Task Implementation.
