Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Medicines For The Provincial Psychiatric Hospital In Andrychów

The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Internal Medicines For The Provincial Psychiatric Hospital In Andrychów For A Period Of 12 Months From Signing The Contract, With Deliveries Starting From June 22, 2026. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Ordered Goods To The Ordering Partys Registered Office Between 08.00 - 13.00 From Monday To Friday (Except For Public Holidays) Within 1 Day. Working Day From Placing The Order (By Telephone Or Electronically) By The Ordering Party, And As Part Of The Delivery, The Contractor Undertakes To Bring The Ordered Goods To The Hospital Pharmacy (1St Floor) Or Other Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At Its Registered Office. In The Case Of Medicines Ordered Via Cito, Deliveries Will Be Made Daily, Up To A Maximum Of 10 Hours From Placing The Order (By Telephone Or Electronically) By The Ordering Party And Will Be Delivered To The Hospital Ward Or Emergency Room, Within Hours Indicated By The Person Placing The Order. The Ordering Party Declares The Minimum Value Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order At The Level Of 40%.
