Part No. 1: Delivery Of A Tractor With Accessories, Which Includes The Delivery Of A Tractor, An Agricultural Trailer, A Sweeper And A Scissor Head, 1. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Delivery Of The Ordered Equipment (Transport And Unloading, To The Address: Strzyżewice Commune Office, Strzyżewice 109, 23-107 Strzyżewice, With Its Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. With Transport, And 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, Have The Required Parameters Specified In The Price Calculation Sheet, Be Undamaged, Technically Functional, Complete And Ready For Use And Meet The Standards Required By Polish Law And Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects. The Equipment Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals Allowing For Sale And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. At Least 2 Days Before The Planned Delivery, It Will Inform The Ordering Party, Indicating The Dates And Expected Hours Of Delivery And Installation Of The Equipment. 4. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place On Business Days, I.E.
