Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Software Manufacturers Support Service And Technical Support (Consulting) Services For The Powerprotect Software.

1. The Subject Of The Order Provided By The Contractor To The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture In Warsaw (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party) Is: 1.1. Providing The Ordering Party With The Software Manufacturers Support Service For The Software Owned By The Ordering Party (In Accordance With The Software Specification Described In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu), By Issuing A Certificate To The Ordering Party Confirming The Right To Access The Software Manufacturers Support Service, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Ppu And The Manufacturers General Terms And Conditions For A Period Of 36 Months While Maintaining The Continuity Of Service Provision. 1.2. Providing The Ordering Party With Support Services Up To 50 Hours Of Technical Consultations On Issues And Issues Related To The Software.
