Subject Of The Proceedings: Solid Waste Disposal Services From The So-Called Wild Landfills, From The Areas Of The City Of Koszalin Commune Managed By Zbm In Koszalin. Scope Of Services: Removal Of Solid Waste From The Areas Of The City Of Koszalin Commune Administered By Zbm To The Landfill, Including From Under Garbage Covers Or Waste Storage Places, Min. Such As: Construction And Post-Renovation Waste, Hazardous Waste, Car Parts, Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Electronics And Household Appliances, Branches, Tree Limbs And Trees (Only In Situations Where Branches Are Broken Due To Strong Wind, Lightning Strike, Human Devastation) Or Municipal Waste Forming The So-Called Wild Landfills, Where Wild Landfills Mean Places Not Intended For Waste Storage. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Will Clean Up The Area Where The Waste Was Stored Visually (Raking, Sweeping). The Detailed Scope Of Services, Their Estimated Value And Completion Date Are Each Time Specified In The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Contract) Awarded To The Contractor By The Ordering Party. Justification For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts. For Technological And Implementation Reasons, As Well As Rational Spending Of Public Funds, It Cannot Be Divided Into Parts. This Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Costs Of Performing The Contract, As Well As The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract. The Time Of Commencing The Execution Of The Order Cannot Be Longer Than 24 Hours From The Date Of Notification, The Deadline For Completing The Order Cannot Be Longer Than 4 Business Days From The Date Of Commencement Of The Execution. The Order Includes, Among Others, The Collection And Transport Of Waste Groups With Codes: 16, 17 And 20. The Contractor Must Ensure The Ability To Execute Orders Throughout The Entire Koszalin Commune, Including In Locations With Difficult Access. The Contractor Must Ensure The Constant Possibility Of Accepting Notifications From The Ordering Party In Working Hours Of The Ordering Party And Appoint A Person Responsible For Coordinating Cooperation With The Ordering Party, In Particular In The Field Of Receiving Notifications, Organizing The Execution Of Orders And Ongoing Contact With Persons Performing The Service. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep Documentation Of The Executed Orders, In Particular: Taking Photos Before And After Waste Collection And Providing The Ordering Party With Information Necessary To Settle The Services. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Monthly Number Of Orders May Vary, But For Planning Purposes It Should Be Assumed That The Average Number Of Orders Per Month Is Approximately 60.
