The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Delivery And Installation Of A Brand New Electric Passenger Lift (Elevator) With A Friction Drive In The Existing Shaft Of The Building Of The Social Welfare Home. Jana Pawła Ii In Zakopane At Ul. Szpitalna 21 And Dismantling Of The Existing 6-Stop Hydraulic Lift Along With The Machine Room.2. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order Referred To Above Must Have The Permits, Certificates, Certificates Required By Law Currently In Force, E.G. Approvals For Marketing In Poland In Accordance With The Intended Purpose.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Inventory Of The Elevator Shaft (And Technical Documentation, If Required), 2) Dismantling Of The Existing Hydraulic Lift, Including Removal Of The Dismantled Lift, Rubble, Scrap And Hydraulic Oil And Their Disposal, 3) Protection Against Unauthorized Access Of Door Openings Created After Dismantling The Landing Doors Of The Current Lift, 4) Delivery And Installation In The Existing Shaft, A Brand New Passenger Elevator With Technical, Quality, Operational And Functional Parameters Specified In Point 5.3.4) Of The Swz In Question.5) Carrying Out The Necessary Electrical And Construction Works, Including: A) Adaptation Of The Electrical And Telecommunications Installation To The New Conditions Of The Installed Elevator, B) Adaptation Of The Lighting Installation With Accessories In The Shaft, C) Replacement Of The Elevators Electrical Protections, D) Repair Of Walls And Floors At Door Openings After Replacing The Doors, E) Bricking With Finishing Of Unnecessary Openings Between The Shaft And The Engine Room.6) Carrying Out Tests, Acceptance And Registration At The Office Of Technical Inspection,7) Carrying Out Training In The Operation Of A Passenger Lift (Elevator).4. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Subject Of This Order Must Be Delivered, Installed And Put Into Operation In The Building Of The Social Welfare Home. Jana Pawła Ii In Zakopane At Ul. Due To The Delivery Service And Installation Of A Passenger Lift In A Very Old Building, It Is Recommended That The Contractor Perform A Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer.6. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Works Will Be Performed On The Premises Of The Active Facility Of The Social Welfare Home, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree On The Work Schedule With The Ordering Party And The Director Of The Social Welfare Home. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Works While They Are Being Carried Out In Accordance With Health And Safety Regulations.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Purchase Of Used Equipment.9. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Obtain A Passenger Lif
