Tenders Are Invited For Organization Of A Study Visit To The Ruhr Area (Germany) For Two Groups Of 25 People Each As Part Of The Project Transformation In The City Of Łaziska Górne
The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of Two 4-Day Study Visits To The Ruhr Area (Germany) For A Total Of 50 People, In Two Groups Of 25 People, Carried Out Within A Period Of Up To 45 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Dates Of Stay Of Both Groups Cannot Overlap. The Project Participants Are Residents Of Łaziska Górne, Including Local Leaders, Representatives Of Local Government, Public Institutions And Social Organizations. The Aim Of The Visits Is To Familiarize Participants With Examples Of Just Transformation Of Post-Industrial Regions, Development Of Green Technologies And Social Inclusion On The Example Of The Ruhr Region. Scope Of The Order: 1. Transport, 2. Accommodation,3. Food,4. Substantive Program,5. Insurance,6. Care And Support. Conditions Of Implementation: • Duration Of Each Visit: 4 Days (3 Nights), • 2 Groups Of 25 People Each (50 People In Total), • Implementation Within A Period Of Up To 45 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, • All Services Must Comply With Travel Safety Regulations And Rules. Additional Requirements: • The Price Includes All Costs: Transport, Accommodation, Meals, Program, Translations, Insurance And Care, • Program Consistent With The Project Objectives. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Scope Is Specified In The Annexes To This Specification: Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Drafted Provisions Of The Contract. The Service Is Carried Out As Part Of The Transformation Project In The City Of Łaziska Górne Under The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The Just Transition Fund.
