Promotional Materials Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party On The Dates And To The Address Indicated In The Contract Located In Warsaw Between 9.00 A.M. And 4.00 P.M. Promotional Materials Must Meet The Guidelines Contained In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. Cpv Code:39294100-0 – Information And Promotional Articles5. Deadline For Completion Of The Subject Of The Order: 4 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But No Later Than September 30, 2026, With: 1) The First Delivery In The Number Indicated In Chapter Stage V, Point 1) Of Annex No. 1 To Swz - Sopz, Will Take Place Within 7 Business Days From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Sample Referred To In Chapter Iv Sopz,2) Second Delivery In The Number Indicated In Section. Stage V, Point 2) Of Annex No. 1 To Swz - Sopz, Covering The Remaining Scope Of The Order, Will Take Place By September 14, 2026, Provided That In This Case The Ordering Party May Indicate A Different Delivery Date, But No Later Than September 30, 2026, Of Which It Will Inform The Contractor In Advance.
